Ausganssituation
Ich wurde im Rahmen der Fachschule Mainz im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik im Lernmodul :15 ,Abschlussprojekt´ mit der Weiterentwicklung des 3D-Druckers beauftragt. die Fachschule agiert in diesem Zusammenhang als Auftraggeber. Die Projektbetreuer haben im Bezug die Aufforderung der Schule zu vertreten. Ich übernehme die rolle des Auftragnehmers.
Meine Ziele
Das Ziel besteht darin, das der 3D-Drucker 4 verschiedene Teile für die Salz-Pfefferanlage herstellt.
Es werden die Deckel für die Salzgläser & Pfeffergläser gedruckt, sowie das Oberteil und Unterteil einer Trillerpfeife.
Darüber hinaus soll die pneumatische Schaufeleinheit das gefertigte Teil aus dem 3d-Drucker entnehmen und es durch eine Drehbewegung auf ein Förderband transportieren. Das Förderband soll die gefertigten Teile in die davor gesehene 4 Ablagen fördern.
Starting situation
I was commissioned with the further development of the 3D printer in the context of the technical college in Mainz in the field of automation technology in the learning module: 15, final project. the technical school acts as the client in this context. The project supervisors have to represent the school in relation to the request. I take on the role of the contractor.
My goals
The goal is for the 3D printer to produce 4 different parts for the salt and pepper system. The lids for the salt and pepper glasses are printed, as well as the top and bottom of a whistle. In addition, the pneumatic shovel unit should remove the manufactured part from the 3D printer and transport it onto a conveyor belt using a rotary movement. The conveyor belt is intended to convey the manufactured parts into the 4 shelves seen in front of it.
